Lambert Linder (1841-1889)
German painter, 1841 - 1889:
Linder was a pupil in the Kunstakademie in Munich and continued his studies with Heinrich Franz Gaudenz von Rustige in Stuttgart. He succeeded von Rustige as teacher at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart.
Lambert Linder is mainly known as a painter of genre scenes and for women portraits.
