Terms of Sales

Our invoices are to be paid without delay. All goods are sold in the state they are in at the time of purchase, known by the buyer. The buyer must personally check them on any defects, either in reality or through photographs and description. Complaints must reach us before any shipment. From the shipment onwards, the gallery takes no responsibility in the event of damage. The goods remain the property of Chastelain & Butes until full payment. In the event of any overdue payments or disputes, a default interest equal to the interest payment of the cash credit will be applied. For disputes, only the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction All bank costs are to be paid by the client.
